They aim to provide the best adventure experience through quality, innovation, and reliability. A logo was needed for their business to establish their brand identity.
Target Audience
The millennial thrill enthusiasts (born between 1980 and 2000) who love to explore but have no time to arrange tours, or prefer hassle-free vacations, and the tourists who are visiting Banff.
Process
I created a total of 49 logo thumbnail concepts that was rendered on a sheet of illustration board in black. Chose my best 4 thumbnails (with the help of my instructor and 3 other peers), and turned it to sharp, accurate color comprehensives. Trimmed my solution to final 2 logos and created vectors.
Final Decision
It's a logical choice. I knew this was the best fit when it was presented to my peers for feedback, they associated the triangle with a lot things related to adventure such as mountain, paper plane, and paraglide, when in reality is I designed it thinking of an arrow from a compass. Yellow and orange were my chosen colors because it looks lively, fun, energetic, and shows excitement.
