GOMO Web & App Design
GOMO is first fully digital telco in the Philippines. It is the fighter brand of Globe and its core offers focuses on data. As of Sept 2023, GOMO has nearly 3 million customers.

Target Audience
GOMO primarily targeted young, tech-savvy individuals who are heavy users of mobile data and digital services. This target audience typically includes millennials and Gen Z consumers who prioritize convenience, affordability, and digital connectivity in their mobile experience.
My Role
I was a junior designer, and I worked with a small team consisting of 3 members—the lead designer, and another junior designer. I get to design responsive screens for web, mobile, and tablet devices. My engagement with the team started while the first version of the app was already launched. My main task was the UX and placement of elements in the UI.

Process
In this project, tasks are assigned at the beginning of each sprint, along with user stories and specific requirements. As junior designers, we collaborate to divide the tasks, while the lead designer oversees all design deliverables for the sprint to ensure consistency and quality. The designers are always one sprint ahead of the developers. Once we complete the initial design, we present it to the stakeholders, gathering their feedback, thoughts, and any questions they may have regarding our solution. After the design is finalized and approved, we hand it over to the development team, providing them with detailed design guidelines, animations/transitions, and behavior specifications. Once the developers implement the design, we review and ensure that the final product aligns with our initial vision.
We follow a mobile-first approach, adhering to best practices for responsive design. To maintain consistency and cohesion across the app, we utilize a pattern library that ensures all design elements are standardized. Images and graphics are provided for us, streamlining the design process and allowing us to focus on the user interface and experience.

Please note that some of the screens will be obsolete compared to the current version of website and app.
